My journey into Energy Medicine began in 2011 when I felt a strong calling to help others reclaim their wellbeing. What started with Australian Bush Flower Essences soon expanded into Reiki, where I completed all levels of training and began working with clients. In 2013, a single Kinesiology balance at the Health and Harmony Expo on the Gold Coast changed everything. I enrolled in a course that same day and spent the next three years immersed in study, discovering a modality that continues to inspire and amaze me.

Over the past decade, I have trained extensively in Kinesiology, Quantum Healing, Neuro Emotional Technique, Emotion Code, Sound Healing, EFT, Reiki, Essences and more. Each modality offers something unique, but when combined, their impact becomes truly life changing. Whether your body needs emotional release, nervous system support, vibrational realignment, or the clearing of limiting beliefs, I tailor every session to what you genuinely need.

My passion for this work is deeply personal. After years of struggling with chronic autoimmune illness, including Hashimotos and symptoms like chronic fatigue, adrenal fatigue, brain fog, weight gain, low immunity and hormonal imbalance, I discovered the work of Anthony William, the Medical Medium. Integrating his insights with my energy healing practices transformed my health and restored my vitality. This experience inspired me to develop a breakthrough Kinesiology protocol that brings together the most powerful elements of energy healing and root cause discovery.
